I. Best time to climb the mountain

a. Best Season: April-June and September-October are the best time to climb Mount Tai every year. These two time periods have suitable temperature, beautiful scenery and relatively comfortable climbing process.

b. Avoiding time: Climbing in summer may be hot and stuffy, while late fall or winter may be cold due to low temperatures and strong winds at the summit.

1. Starting point: Hongmen

2. Main Attractions: Wanxianlou, Doumu Palace, Jingshiyu (Need to travel eastward for a distance), Baidong, Hutiange, Huimaling, Zhongtianmen (halfway up the mountain), KuaiHuo SanLi, Yunbuqiao, Wudafu Pine, Wangren Pine, Chaoyang Cave, Shibapan, Nantianmen, Tianjie, Wangwu Shengshi, Bixia Ancestral Temple, Daguan Peak, Yuhuangding, Gongbei Stone, Zhanlu Terrace, Xianrenqiao, and Zhangren Peak.

4. Notes:

a. The section from Hongmen to Zhongtianmen requires about 2 hours of hiking.
