Welcome to Guilin! Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed to the exit. Our driver will greet you with a sign displaying your name. After verifying details, you will be escorted by private vehicle to your hotel in downtown Guilin (approximately 60-minute drive). No scheduled activities are planned for today. If you arrive early, feel free to explore Guilin independently.

Elephant Trunk Hill (AAAAA-rated attraction, ~50 mins): Guilin’s city emblem, named for its resemblance to a giant elephant drinking漓江 (Li River) water.
Gudong Waterfall (~120 mins): China’s only climbable waterfall. Immerse yourself in Guilin’s landscapes—climb, splash, and embrace nature’s thrills. (Note: Safety gear is mandatory for climbing in summer.)
Yinziyan Cave (~70 mins): A karst cave spanning 12 peaks, featuring towering stalactites resembling silver and diamonds. Famed as Guilin’s most beautiful cave, it dazzles with colorful formations like pillars, towers, curtains, and waterfalls. Former U.S. President Clinton postponed his Hong Kong flight in 1998 to visit here!
Yangshuo West Street (Evening free exploration, no guide/vehicle): Known as "Foreigners’ Street," it blends cultures and buzzes with energy after 21:00.
Yulong River Bamboo Rafting (~40 mins, duration subject to river conditions): Dubbed "Better Than Li River," it’s praised by CCTV as Yangshuo’s most scenic stretch.

3-Star Li River Cruise (~4 hrs, departure time subject to Guilin Tourism Corp. arrangements): Sail past five highlights—Xingping Scenic Area, Yellow Cloth Shoal (20 RMB banknote backdrop), Nine-Horse Fresco Hill, Langshi Mist, and Yangdi Waterfall. Disembark at Xingping Ancient Town, a quintessential Yangshuo gem.
Liu Sanjie Grand View Garden (AAAA-rated, ~120 mins): Relive scenes from the film Liu Sanjie at this authentic Zhuang minority-themed park. Highlights include the Golden Toad Singing Stage, a 6m-tall white marble Liu Sanjie statue, stone embroidered balls, a 100-year-old banyan tree symbolizing love, and traditional Zhuang, Yao, and Dong ethnic architecture.
Seven-Star Park (AAAAA-rated, ~50 mins): Guilin’s only natural rock-climbing site, home to China’s longest granite relief mural, largest stone stele forest, Tang-style temple, and explorer Xu Xiake’s favorite spots. Don’t miss Camel Hill, a lifelike rock formation nicknamed "Camel in Crimson Clouds."
Gulongshan Grand Canyon (AAAA-rated, ~120 mins): Hike through a 1,180m-long cave, underground rivers, and waterfall clusters. Marvel at the 68m-high Water Curtain Falls, 128m-high Gulong Grand Falls, cliffs, and stalactites.
Detian Transnational Waterfall (AAAAA-rated, ~2 hrs): Asia’s largest and world’s fourth-largest transnational waterfall, straddling China and Vietnam. At 208m wide, 70m tall, and 60m deep, it’s a breathtaking sight!
Proceed to Beihai or Qinzhou for hotel check-in.
Evening: Explore Qiaogang Style Street, a bustling food hub with Vietnamese flavors due to its overseas Chinese community.

Morning: Beibu Gulf Square
After breakfast, head to Beibu Gulf Square (photo opportunity: panoramic view of the "South Pearl Soul" sculpture) in downtown Beihai, the city’s welcoming "living room." At its heart stands the iconic "South Pearl Soul" sculpture—a conch and pearl design cradling three waves, symbolizing Beihai’s reputation as the "Pearl City." Stroll through the square, where palm trees sway in the breeze and locals dance under the shade, offering a glimpse into the laid-back coastal lifestyle.
Afternoon: Beihai Silver Beach
In the afternoon, visit Beihai Silver Beach (photo opportunity: aerial view of the 24km-long coastline), dubbed "China’s No. 1 Beach." Renowned for its flat sands, fine white grains, clean waters, and gentle waves, it’s a paradise for beachgoers.
When the flight flies over Silver Beach (with the picture of the winding coastline from the wing's perspective), the white waves, the masts of fishing boats, and the arcades of the old street all turn into the rainbow light reflected by the pearls in your suitcase, the fresh fragrance of dried sandworms, and the softest thoughts of this blue land.
