08:00 - 08:30 Depart from Chengdu, heading to Panda Valley

Your English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel at 8:00 AM. Then, you'll board a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle for a scenic drive to Panda Valley.

During the ride, the guide will provide an overview of the day's itinerary and share interesting facts about giant pandas and Sichuan culture, building excitement for the visit.

10:00 - 11:30 Visit Panda Valley

Upon arrival at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, you will enter Panda Valley, a specially designated area for panda conservation.

Giant Panda Observation Area: Get up close and personal with the giant pandas as they eat bamboo, play, and rest in their natural habitat.

Red Panda Protection Zone: Learn about the conservation efforts of red pandas and observe their unique behaviors.

Panda Knowledge Tour: Your guide will explain the biology, breeding, and global protection efforts for giant pandas. You will also have the chance to visit research facilities to learn more about panda conservation and scientific achievements.

Interactive Moments: If you are lucky, you may even witness the feeding of the pandas.

12:00 - 13:00 Lunch

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local Sichuan restaurant near Panda Valley. The lunch will feature classic Sichuan dishes such as: Kung Pao Chicken，Mapo Tofu，Fish-flavored Shredded Pork，Garlic Pork Slices.These dishes offer an authentic taste of Sichuan cuisine, combining bold flavors of spice, sourness, and sweetness.

13:30 - 14:30 Visit Dujiangyan Irrigation System

After lunch, head to the Dujiangyan Irrigation System (approximately 1-hour drive).

Dujiangyan is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the oldest and most sophisticated water management systems in the world.

Anshi Weir: Learn about the structure and function of this ancient water conservancy system, which is still in use today.

Feisha Weir: Visit the key components of the system that regulate water flow and provide irrigation for the Sichuan region.

Yulei Mountain: Enjoy panoramic views of the Dujiangyan area and explore historical sites that provide insight into the cultural significance of this engineering marvel.

Your guide will explain the history and technology behind Dujiangyan, as well as its impact on agriculture and daily life in Sichuan.

14:30 - 15:00 Free Time for Exploration and Photos

After visiting the main attractions, you will have some free time to explore on your own, take photos, or relax in the surrounding tea gardens or green spaces.

15:00 - 16:00 Return to Chengdu

After concluding your visit to Dujiangyan, board the vehicle for the return trip to Chengdu. The drive takes approximately 1.5 hours. You can relax during the ride or ask your guide more about Sichuan's culture and other places of interest.

17:30 Arrive in Chengdu, End of the Tour

You will arrive back in Chengdu around 5:30 PM, where your guide will drop you off at your hotel, bringing an end to your memorable day of sightseeing.
