Does anybody know if there is still a night bus between Pudong and Hongqiao with intermediate stops?

Yes, Shanghai has night buses connecting Pudong and Hongqiao. The Airport Night Shuttle (Pudong Airport → Hongqiao Hub East) stops at Longyang Road, Century Avenue, People's Square, etc., operating until 45 minutes after the last flight with intervals ≤45 minutes.
