There are sign boards leading you to the taxi picking up area and you can easily get on a taxi there. The taxi cannot take u to Shenzhen, you need to get off at Lo Wu Port to go through the checks yourself and then get on a Shenzhen taxi there to your destination. There are Alpha cars which can send you directly to Shenzhen without any transfer and you can book it in advance on the official site of HKIA.
