Travel Customer Letter

Dear Traveler Friends,

Greetings!

The recent conflict in the region involving the United States, Iran, and Iraq has brought uncertainty and concern to many travelers' plans. We fully understand everyone's concerns about safety. We would like to share some heartfelt thoughts and hope to provide you with warm and practical guidance as you reconsider your travel plans.

I. China: A Land of Peace and Tranquility

First and foremost, please rest assured that China is one of the safest and most peaceful countries in the world today. It is far removed from the conflicts in the Middle East, enjoying social stability and excellent public security. Whether in bustling city streets or quiet rural villages, you will feel a sense of genuine security and peace of mind. We sincerely invite you to come and experience this hard-won peace in China. Whether strolling through the historic Forbidden City, relaxing amidst the picturesque landscapes of Guilin, or experiencing the vitality of modern cities, every inch of this land welcomes you with genuine smiles and the safest environment. In China, peace is not just an aspiration; it is the solid foundation upon which your journey is built.

II. Special Advice for Friends in or Traveling via Conflict-Affected Regions

If you are currently in Central Asia, or planning to travel to China via a transfer in Central Asia, we suggest considering the following safer travel options:

Choose a "Safe Harbor" Transit:We recommend prioritizing transit through third countries that maintain friendly relations with China, have excellent safety records, and are far from the conflict zones (such as certain cities in Southeast Asia or Northeast Asia). This helps avoid potential risk areas.

Stay Updated on Real-Time Information:Before traveling, please closely monitor the latest travel advisories issued by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassies/consulates in your destination country, as well as relevant notices from international civil aviation organizations, to ensure your chosen route is absolutely safe.

Maintain Open Communication:While traveling, please be sure to stay in touch with your family, friends, or our travel agency, sharing your itinerary updates promptly so we can offer timely assistance and support if needed.

III. Route Suggestions for Friends from Other Regions

For friends from Europe, Africa, the Americas, Oceania, and other parts of Asia, although your departure points are far from the conflict zone, we recommend an extra degree of consideration when planning your route to China:

Friends from Europe & Africa:We suggest prioritizing airlines whose flight paths avoid the airspace over the Middle East conflict zone. For example, you might consider routes via Russia, Northern Europe, or Southern Europe, or choose flights transiting through Southeast Asia – these are relatively more reassuring options.

Friends from the Americas & Oceania:You might consider flying directly to China via Pacific routes, or choose to transit through East Asian countries like Japan or South Korea. These routes are not only well-established but also completely avoid the affected areas, ensuring a worry-free journey.

Friends from Other Parts of Asia:Similarly, it is advisable to choose routes that avoid transiting through the Middle East conflict zone. There are frequent and convenient flights between major cities in East and Southeast Asia and China, making them a safe and excellent choice for you.

Dear Friends, the essence of travel lies in exploring the beauty of the world, and safety is the prerequisite for all of it. China always welcomes every friend who loves peace and enjoys travel. The current international situation is temporary, but China's magnificent landscapes and rich, enduring culture will always be here, waiting for you.

We hope the suggestions above help you make more informed and confident decisions for your travels. If you need to replan your itinerary or have any questions, our team is on standby, ready to provide you with personalized, one-on-one service.

We look forward to meeting you safely in China in the near future!

Wishing you and your family all the very best!

Warm regards,

Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! From hiking the Great Wall at sunrise (Day 3) to gasping at the Terracotta Army (Day 5), every day delivered ‘pinch-me’ moments. The real showstopper? Zhangjiajie’s Avatar Mountains (Day 7)! Our guide made the stone pillars come alive with stories. Massive thanks for handling all logistics—bullet train tickets, entry passes, car! And the 4-star hotels surprised me.

Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return.
